3 Day Refresh Women's Update, Results and Review

The 3 Day Refresh has been out for a number of months now, and I hadn't yet tried it!  I've done the Ultimate Reset (you can see my reviews here), but had just never tried the 3 Day Refresh...Check out the full details of what the 3 Day Refresh is HERE!

So, I decided the 3 days before Thanksgiving that I would give myself an extra little boost of motivation before the temptations of Thanksgiving came upon me!

3 Day Refresh Results

I was mentally prepared to start, and I was busy on this day so it helped me not to focus on the smaller amount of food.

Here's the menu each day:

1)  Upon Waking - 8-10 ounces of water
2)  Breakfast - Shakeology shake mixed with water + 1 serving of Fruit  
     • Morning Tea - herbal or green tea (YES I had this) 
3)  Mid-Morning - Fiber Sweep (drink you mix with 8 oz of water)...surprisingly not too bad. 
4)  Lunch - Vanilla Fresh Shake (love this shake) + 1 serving of Fruit + 1 serving of Veggies + 1 serving of Healthy Fats 
5)  Afternoon Snack - 1 serving of Veggies + 1 serving of Healthy Fats 
    •  Afternoon Tea - herbal tea (optional) 
6)  Dinner - Vanilla Fresh Shake mixed with water +1 serving from Dinner Recipes (recipes provided) + optional 1 cup of organic vegetable broth.  
**The vegetable broth was SOO needed for me.  It tasted delicious and the first night I was so hungry that I actually had 2 cups of it!!
Day 1

3 day Refresh Update and Review, Julie Little, www.HealthyFitFocused.com I did get up and do a Piyo workout before I started the day...it wasn't too strenuous because I knew I wouldn't have a ton of calories.  Since you can't have coffee on this because it is a mini-detox and so that defeats the purpose.  So I did have some hot tea which helped me not to get raging headaches.  Day 1, I did have a bit of a headache but it wasn't unbearable.  I was hungry but not so much during the day, I made sure to drink lots of water.  The hardest was eating with my family because I had to make their meals and I had smaller meals and theirs smelled so good!  I was however very hungry at night.  I definitely wish the dinner was a bit larger.  I had some more herbal tea after dinner/ before bed because I was just really hungry then.  The strange thing was on the first day I was SO extremely tired.  I fell asleep on the couch while my family was watching a movie, like at 8pm...slept through the whole movie and went straight up to bed and slept all night!  That was odd!

Day 2

Doing something on the 2nd day is always easier because you know what to expect.  I was feeling better, I really didn't have too many times of being super hungry, but I kept up with my fluids like crazy!!  I'm telling you...that really helps!  Again my dinner was small, but very tasty.  I had the Stir-fry, which I do love!  I really like all the food on the program.  It's just a small amount...that's the only problem!  I am feeling a lot better and less bloated on day 2 which is awesome!!  Again, I worked out to Piyo, keeping it low impact and a light workout!  I had so much more energy on Day 2 than day 1...I didn't fall asleep on the couch super early like the first day!!

Day 3

Again, day 3 I worked out to Piyo, I really felt like I had a lot of energy in the morning when I worked out!  I felt great!  I did wake up hungry though.  I love all the shakes on the Refresh.  I forgot to have my apple at lunch (not sure how that happened), so I had it at my afternoon snack!  Again, because it is only 3 days, I'm really mentally IN IT!!  You can do ANYTHING for 3 days!  Yes, I've wanted to have bites of my kids meals but again, it's 3 days!!  So I am really excited about the results and feel so much better and less bloated!  I think it really makes a difference when you cut out a lot of animal product.  I noticed that same thing when I did the Ultimate Reset!  I did lay down for about 20 minutes on day 3 because I was really tired!  But overall, I felt good!!

FINAL RESULTS ARE IN!!!
Well...The results are in from the 3 Day Refresh!!  So I finished just in time for Thanksgiving and feel great!!  I lost 2.5 lbs and about 2 inches!!  But most of all it helped cut some cravings that I didn't want to have before Thanksgiving!  That was the main reason I did it before Thanksgiving...I wanted to make sure I stayed on track, I've been preaching it and I want to follow through on my end as well!!  So I don't think my pictures show really the difference I feel and the success I feel like this Refresh was.  I feel "tighter" all around and feel like my "love handles" are decreased and that the poofiness around my middle was drastically decreased!!  So overall I just feel a lot thinner and tighter!  I really liked these 3 days and would definitely do it again!  I feel like it helped me get out of feeling the need to "munch" and "snack".  So overall, I would totally recommend this...I don't know if I'll do this on a monthly basis, but I think it's something I will add in every couple months!  It is definitely something that you can do every single month!  Which, that's pretty cool, because you could actually do this at the beginning of every month and then use that as a jump start to stay on track the rest of the month...so you could easily lose a couple pounds each month with this!!

Becoming a Beachbody Coach has truly been one of the best decisions I've made, for myself personally and my family!  It has given me to opportunity each and everyday to wake up excited about who's life I will have an impact on each day!  I have had the blessing of inspiring and motivating my challengers who in turn motivate and inspire me to stay accountable to MY health and fitness goals.  I love the flexibility this business brings to my family.  As a stay at home mom turned SAHM Entrepreneur I have found a new passion and purpose aside from being a mom and am able to help others in a different capacity.  I simply get to share my passion each and every day!

Top 10 Misconceptions about Being a Beachbody Coach

1.  I Don't Have the Money!
This is definitely a common statement I hear about getting started.  Let's face it, when we start a new business, yes, we want to start making money, not spend it!  When we get you started out as a coach, I will teach you the tools you need to get your products covered right away so that you don't have the lag time of putting out money and not making it back. I started within the first couple weeks making money and earning back the cost of my Shakeology and products.  Our first goal in getting you started out right as a coach is getting the cost of your Shakeology covered each month and then build it from there!  I've even helped coaches in creative ways to get them started out and immediately having the cost of their products covered the day they sign up!

2.  I Don't Have Enough TIME to be a Beachbody Coach!
Well...how much time do you think you need to have?  The truth is, you don't need much time.  There are so many coaches on our team that have full time jobs, part time jobs, they are professionals, teachers, nurses, or stay at home moms...these people lead BUSY lives!  The point is, you don't have to spend tons of hours on it.  We will discuss your goals as a coach and I will help you figure out the most important actions for you to take to move your business forward each day.  If that means you spend 30 minutes a day or if you want to move fast and reach big goals quickly, we can discuss different options.  This is NOT a "get rich quick" business.  We teach our coaches small daily actions each day over time can build you a consistent business.  So, this is YOUR business...you can put in as much or little time as you want!  This is done at YOUR pace, not mine!

3.  I'm NOT at my Goal Weight!
That's PERFECT!!  It's ok, I wasn't at my goal weight either.  I still am a work in progress from where I want to be...but the point is, you are making changes for your health and fitness.  People like to see "real people" on a journey because it makes you relatable.  We are all human and make mistakes...we are NOT perfect!!  You will have a journey that is unique to YOU.  You will be able to meet people where they are based on where you are in your health and fitness journey!  You have to start somewhere and by YOU taking the first steps no matter where you are in your health journey, you will have a profound impact on someone's live who can relate to YOU!  Coaches come in all different shapes and sizes...there's not one perfect fit!! :)

4.  Beachbody Coaching is Just Another Pyramid Scheme
This this is definitely a common one! I've heard it more than once, that coaching is pyramid scheme, but honestly, do you REALLY know what a pyramid scheme is? It is actually an illegal business model that requires people to pay money to join but there is no actual product. Beachbody is a network marketing company, which is a business model that has been in existence for many decades! For further information, let CEO Carl Daikeler explain it below.



5.  I'm not a Health and Fitness Expert!
Guess what? I'm not either!!! And that's ok! All you need is the desire to help other people while bettering yourself! Beachbody has expert trainers and nutritionists who take all the guesswork out of it for us. There are trainers like Tony Horton, Shaun T, Chalene Johnson, Autumn Calabrese...they have provided amazing fitness programs for you to follow that guide you through everyday in your fitness transformation. Plus, each program has a specific nutrition guide to follow that was created by
nutritionist and is specific to each fitness program you choose in order to have an amazing transformation! As a coach, I provide the support, motivation, and accountability to successfully guide you through the program.

6.  I don't want to be a Sales Person!

I am committed to begin consistent in my daily workouts, my nutrition, my goals. I simply SHARE my journey, my results, my struggles, from there, people are inspired, motivated and have a desire to join in with me in changing their health as well! That's what it is all about, sharing with others the gift of health as well as inviting people to my accountability groups! It's really no different than recommending your favorite restaurant or even a favorite hair product that you use. In this case, you will earn a 25% commission when anyone you share with decides to purchase.

7.  I Don't Know a Lot of People
That was my concern at first too!  I was nervous because I had just moved a month before I started coaching.  I didn't know a lot of people in my new area and I was starting a new job at the time too, nor was I huge on social media.  But that's ok!  I first reached out to my family and friends from other areas (not just my new town).  I decided to help the people in my immediate circle of influence first...as I started sharing with my friends and on social media people started following what I was doing and my healthy tips and workouts.  Once I got the support I needed from a coach apprentice group I was a part of, I learned how to network with other people and start to grow my circle of influence.  I was taught that all in new coach training groups I was a part of.  I didn't start out fully networked with everyone.  There's always room for expanding!!  Plus, did you know it's really fun connecting with others and learning about them and their lives! 

8.   I Don't Like to Workout at Home
 I will get this sometimes...there are just some people who like working out at the gym, and that's ok! There are many Beachbody coaches who enjoy working out at the gym and use the Beachbody fitness programs to supplement their workouts.  Some people even will take their workouts to the gym and do it in an exercise room and then continue the rest of their workout afterward.  The workout programs are NOT the only thing to Beachbody...it's the entire package of working out and also living a healthy lifestyle.  You don't have to give up your gym in order to be a Beachbody Coach!!

9. It's too Saturated 
The great thing about Beachbody (as well as other network marketing companies) is that it is structured so that there is an endless limit on your earnings.  You can even pass up the person who sponsored you.  It is really based on the number of people YOU personally help!  You are responsible for your own earning capacity and there is no limit to that growth!  I didn't get into this company "early" and my business is continually growing!!

10.  I Don't Have Any Business Experience
Once again, that's ok!  I'm not a business expert.  I've dabbled in it here and there, but certainly don't have an MBA!  This is the exciting part about Beachbody, you don't have to be an expert...Beachbody handles all the orders, inventory, shipping and handling...everything behind the scenes (even your business websites!).  Beachbody spends millions of dollars advertising on infomercials all the fitness programs, which makes my job easier!!  Really all you have to do is share your story and journey of health with others, invite them to join you in getting healthy and be open to learning and growing in the business and personally!

Thanksgiving is a meal typically known to be a "gorge-fest".  Why is it the one day each year where we feel like it's ok to eat almost 4 days worth of calories in 1 day?  The typical Thanksgiving day, the average American will consume close to 4,500 calories and 229 grams of fat!  IN ONE DAY!!!  This usually comes from snacking all day and of course "The Big Meal"...and don't forget dessert...or 2!!

So...what is your plan for Thanksgiving?  Are you going to just throw your hands up and say, "who cares, it's one day"?  Or are you going to say, "I'm going to enjoy one cheat meal (not cheat DAY)"?

Well, my goal this year for myself is to enjoy my Thanksgiving dinner and have that be my cheat meal, but not go overboard.  Have ONE plate and ONE dessert and enjoy it!  Honestly, I HATE how I have felt in years past after Thanksgiving Dinner...so this year, it will be different!

My goal for YOU is to help give you tools so that you can do the same and NOT have the guilty and stuffed feeling after your dinner!

So...here are some easy tips for you this Thanksgiving to help save your waistline!

1.  Plan Ahead
I know this sounds silly but if you have a PLAN you are always more successful!  I know you may be in a situation that you are a guest and don't know what you will have, but you can still mentally prepare.  If you go into your day knowing that you are going to stick to your portions sizes and certain dishes, etc. then you will be FAR more successful.  Now, same goes if you PLAN to have cheat items.  Plan for it.  KNOW what you are eating and be ok with that.

For me, I know what is always cooked at Thanksgiving dinner and I know where I want to indulge a little more and what items I want to pass up.  Then, when I follow my plan, there is no guilty feeling that comes with it!

2.  Know Your Portion Sizes

Let's face it...when we think of portions, generally speaking, Americans are used to super sizing everything.  Right?  So, we need to focus on what a serving size really is...check out this image over to the right.  Eat small portions of the dishes.  Keep it small so you can enjoy your dinner and all the sides that go along with it and not be stuffed at the end!

3.  Have ONE serving!
Raise your hand if you've ever gone back for seconds or thirds for Thanksgiving dinner?  I'm guilty...but do we really need it?  Have you ever gone away from those extra servings saying, "WOW, I felt great after that extra serving?"  Not me...I'm always feeling super yucky after extra servings.  So, plan your meal out and just eat ONE time!!!

4.  Limit your alcohol!
Ok...you can really go overboard with the booze and just start packing on the calories here.  Go into your day with a PLAN again with how much alcohol you're going to allow yourself.  Will that be a glass before dinner?  One during?  Plan for it!  You definitely don't need to be drinking all day long!  And don't forget to load up on your WATER!!!

5.  GET MOVING!!!
This should actually be Tip #1...But it can really go for number 1 and 5!!  First thing's first...get up on Thursday morning and get your body moving.  Yes...it's a holiday, but you know it's a day where you are going to be eating a lot of food. So, GET UP and do some kind of exercise.  Whether it's a Turkey Trot in your local town or you get to the gym or like me, I'll be working out with Shaun T and T25!!  The point is, get your metabolism moving first thing in the morning.  Then, after your dinner, get
outside and walk around the block or do some family activity, play a game of family football in the backyard.  Something instead of sitting on the couch waiting to eat dessert!!!

Shakeology Mug Cake - a.k.a Heaven in a MUG! (21 Day Fix Approved)

Oh my goodness...So I was searching for a new Shakeology recipe to just change it up a bit and happened upon a new recipe!!  Ummm...can you say, really great new "sweet tooth recipe"!?!?

The best part about this recipe is that it's 21 Day Fix APPROVED Recipe!!  It's easy to break up into your  containers and just hits the spot!  I just had mine for snack and it was perfect because it was nice and hot and warmed me up!!

Here it is...


Shakeology Mug Cake, 21 Day Fix approved Dessert, healthy snack, healthy dessert
Ingredients
-1/4 tsp baking powder
-1 scoop Shakeology/protein powder
-1 tbs sweetener of your choice ( I used liquid Stevia, about a dropper full was enough)
-dash of salt
-1 egg
-optional mix in: peanut butter, unsweetened cocoa powder (I used both...1 tsp of PB and 1 tbsp cocoa powder)
-2 or 3 tbs water/milk
Directions
-In a mug mix Shakeology, baking powder, salt, cocoa, and sweetener.
-Next, mix in an egg and  2-3 tablespoons of water/milk.
-Mix until dry ingredients are wet.
-If you’d like to add peanut butter, put one dollop in the center and push it down a bit.
-Microwave for 90 sec. (mine only took about 60-70 sec)
-When it is done the edges will pull from the sides.
-Enjoy!

Insanity Max 30 Review: Workout Format

The first workout you’ll do is Cardio Challenge. That is the fit test so you can see how far you can go and how long. Here’s the format for that workout:
  • Warm-up
  • Quick Break
  • 3 Exercises at 30 Seconds Each (3 Rounds of each for 4.5 Minutes)
  • 30 Second Break
  • Repeat for 5 Rounds Total
The workout Sweat Intervals is a Tabata Style Workout where you’ll do 20 seconds on and then 10 seconds off so you are getting a bit of a recovery.

And the last workout I have information on is Friday Fight. This is 30 Minutes of PURE CARDIO!

The workouts require no equipment. You’ll just be using your own body weight.

Insanity Max 30 Review: More Details

These workouts are really designed to take you to your MAX and to push you to the point you can’t go any longer. Over time, your goal is to increase your Max for each workout so that by the end of the 60 days, you get INSANE results!  (More details to follow...get on the email list for more info.)

What does this require?  You will need to be willing to dive in...to invite people to a holiday health and fitness accountability group that I will be running for you.  You will help support them in our larger group and interact with them.  I will teach you what to say and how to share and not "sell" to your friends and family!  We are focused on building that trust with others.  We are not looking for a quick sale!

You'll be part of a closed online group where each day I will post daily tips, information scripts and resources that will make becoming a Beachbody coach much easier.  You don't have to reinvent the wheel to be a coach!  We are here to help you along the way!

What Beachbody is to me:
Let me tell you a little bit about what it means to me to be a Beachbody coach...
For me, I've been a coach now for 15 months and Beachbody has really given me a new purpose to my life.  I'm a wife and mom first and foremost...but, I always felt like something was missing...something that I wanted to have as my own outside of my children and just being a mom.  I wanted to feel accomplished and have something that was truly my own!  Something that I could do and make a difference in others lives.  Beachbody has also given me some amazing people to not only look up to as mentors and positive people in my life, but it's given me some amazing friends and relationships!  It's truly like a family!!  Also, one last thing that stands out is that Beachbody is not only helping others change their lives with health and fitness, but they also encourage you to develop yourself and YOU personally.  We can always learn more and I'm constantly learning, but as I'm learning about myself, life, relationships and more, I'm applying it to myself and striving to be a better mom, wife, friend and overall a more positive person!  It's the whole enchilada!!

My Holiday Health Goals!

There are exactly 15 more days until Thanksgiving Day!!  I can't believe that it's that time of year again.  It's my favorite time of the year because in Southern California we are FINALLY getting cooler weather and it's time to pull out my skinny jeans, boots and sweaters!  But...it's also a time in years past that, yes, it's been the most difficult time of year to stay on track with my health goals and not gain weight.

My holiday health goal, 21 day fix, stay on track this holidayThe average person will gain 5-10 lbs during the holiday season!!  Seriously...5-10 lbs!!  I'm sure we can ALL say, "I've been there, I've been that person".  I know I have been that person!!!  Well...not this year!  I've recently gone through the 21 Day Ultimate Reset and shed about 8 lbs, which was great!!!  However...I don't want to gain that back or more!!  Rather, I'd like to drop the last 5 pounds for good!!!  I'll be honest, I definitely have struggled at times with consistency with my nutrition.  I'm spot on with my fitness almost all the time...but I will have my moments of being totally on my nutrition and then fall off again.  I'm tired of having those ups and downs, are you with me??

I also know that a goal that gets shared has power to it!  So...here it is.  I need the accountability just like the rest of us!!!

1. Lose the last 5 lbs between now and the end of the year!!  I've started too many New Year Resolutions saying I would like to lose 5-10 lbs!!  DONE...NO MORE!!  I have 15 days before Thanksgiving and 50 days until January 1st!  My goal is to stabilize myself at that 5 less pounds mark!!

2.  Daily exercise...6 days a week!  I'm really consistent with my workouts, I've gotten into a routine with these but I have not been as consistent with 6 days a week!  So...from here on out...6 days a week!  It makes me feel so good and consistency breeds consistency!!

3.  Water intake- At least one gallon of water a day!   Like I said above, I just recently finished the Ultimate Reset and on this program you have to drink a gallon of water each day!!  I LOVED the way all the water made me feel (minus having to pee all the time!). But I noticed that as soon as I stopped that 21 day program, I was back to the inconsistency of not getting my water in for the day!  This is also a great way to make you feel less hungry!!!  So in order for this to happen I need about 5 of my Shakeology Shaker cups full!!  I have noticed too that if I don't down a bunch of water right after my workout, I'm far less likely to get my water in for the day!!

4.  Make a 21 Day Fix meal plan each week and stick to it!  Now, I've been a little lazy with my meal plans and I've gotten bored with them so I haven't stuck to them!  So, I'll be creating new meal plans and sticking to them.  Some of them in the past have been a little more in depth with recipes and right now, I need easy meals during this busy time!!!

5.  Cut down the YELLOW containers!!  Ok, GUILTY!!!  So, in the 21 Day Fix, my absolute favorite container is my yellow container (this is the carbs!).  You name it...I love it!!!  Oatmeal, english muffins, quinoa, brown rice, sweet potatoes...need I continue??  So, while I wish my container count had 5 yellow containers, it only has TWO!!! So, I have to choose wisely!!  Not to mention, to make sure I get all my other containers in for the day!!!  (For those of you not sure what I'm talking about...check out my post about the 21 Day Fix and the color coded, pre-measured containers to help with portion sizes and types of food!).

My holiday health goal, 21 day fix, stay on track this holiday6.  Have ONE serving of Thanksgiving Dinner!!  Come on...I know Thanksgiving only comes around once a year, but seriously...do we NEED seconds and thirds on everything?? NO!!  I'm just as guilty as the next person for doing this!  When you get up and go get seconds, have you EVER come out of that saying, "man I feel so good after having that second serving?"  NO!!!  For me...I always sit back in my chair and say, "WHY did I do that??  I feel so yucky and full now!!"  Never a good idea!  So...I'm only having one plate of Thanksgiving dinner!!  Are you with me???

7.  Enjoy my Thanksgiving and Christmas!  What is the goal of all of this?  It's not to tell myself that "I'm on a diet and can't enjoy my Thanksgiving or Christmas meals..."  Nope!  It's quite the opposite!!  These goals are to position myself in such a way that I know how to have great success with my nutrition goals...I know that the food I have in front of me is not controlling me...and I know how to make healthy choices!!  This is to allow me to have the freedom to enjoy 1 plate of Thanksgiving dinner without feeling guilty for enjoying it!!  These goals are about FREEDOM to enjoy the holiday festivities and not feel guilty after partaking in them!

8.  Complete the 3 Day Refresh -  I have yet to do this program that Beachbody has but I've heard amazing things about it...It's literally a 3 day alternative to popular cleanses that will provide proper nutrition and is safe and effective at helping you with rapid weight loss!  So I plan to complete this starting right after Thanksgiving!!  Jumpstart me back into my 21 Day Fix nutrition plan!  I'll do this again right after Christmas!!!

Ok...so here you have it, 8 of my Holiday Health and Fitness Goals for this November and December.  I am wanting to make this the healthiest holiday ever!  Hands Down!!!  I don't want to be among the statistics of gaining 5-10 pounds from now until Jan. 1st.  I will be the OPPOSITE!!  How many of you would like to start the new year out DOWN in your weight and rocking your New Years outfit?

5 Day Open House - What is a Coach?

Healthy Living, Fulfilling Lives, Extra incomeI have been thinking a lot lately about the reasons I am a Beachbody coach and what made me want to become a coach.  At first, when I was thinking about becoming a coach, I had concerns and doubts about myself...I lacked the confidence that I "had what it took" to become a coach. The thing is...there were NO expectation for me to "be" a certain way as a coach.  I was putting these "labels" on myself. The ONLY thing that mattered was that I had a deep desire and passion to help other people.  As I began to learn as a new coach, that having a desire to help others is really all I needed, my "labels" I tagged myself with began to dissipate and I began seeing the potential in myself as a coach.

Healthy Living, Fulfilling Lives, Extra incomeI tell you this because I want you to know and understand and that I know what you are thinking and feeling.  I think one of the hardest job's as a coach is helping others understand their WORTH.  Even as adults, it is easy to lose your way, lose focus, lose confidence and just settle!  We settle into our own "stories" we have created.  Yet our "stories" are not even truth or reality.  We create a "story" that we are not worthy of success or deserve to be happy...or that anyone would even care about what we have to say and share.

This was where I had blinders on for myself.  I didn't think I had anything valuable to share with others!  UNTIL, through my daily actions of sharing my workouts, my meal plans, my passion to help others, health tips, motivation...I had people coming to me thanking me for having a place they could come to get filled daily with positive words and affirmation.  THEN I realized I AM worthy and I DO add value to people's lives every day!  And my mind started to shift more to "how can I make a difference in ONE person's life each day?"  That's the goal I have set out each and every day.  That's my primary "job" as a Beachbody coach, to POSITIVELY impact other people's lives through teaching them to love themselves and teach them how to take care of themselves in a healthy way!

That's my passion and I want to shout it from the rooftops!

Beachbody has truly transformed my life, physically, mentally and financially.  I am in the best shape of my life and have lost 10+ pounds from the fitness programs, drinking Shakeology and the accountability groups I've been a part of!  Mentally, I have been able to change my thinking about myself and my outlook on life.  I now speak kindly to myself instead of damaging words like "I'm not worth it"...I now say "I AM worth it and successful!".  And financially...Beachbody has been such a huge blessing for us financially and I don't want to keep that to myself.  I want to share this huge blessing with YOU!!

I can tell you that what I do has a lot of heart and emotion behind it.  The tasks are simple.  There are three vital behaviors that I teach my coaches, but the heart of the business is a lot more complicated than that.

Like I said this job is a complete blessing and it has rewarded so many other coaches handsomely.  They are living a healthier lifestyle and paying it forward. They are seeing substantial growth in their income.  They are achieving large, scary goals.  They are firing their bosses.  They are leading others to achieve a healthier lifestyle.

We don't have all the answers.  We are certainly not perfect, and I know this coach still STRUGGLES with her own diet.  BUT...
