It's a NEW YEAR...Time for a NEW YOU!?!?

Merry Christmas to you all!!  I hope you have had a wonderful Holiday season with your loved ones and friends.  I love being able to wind down a little bit toward the end of the year and really spend some great time with my friends and family!

It's NOT too early to start thinking about what new goals you have for this new year!

According to USA.org and Statistic Brain websites (just to name a couple), Losing Weight is at the #1 spot for people's New Year's resolutions!!  Is it YOUR #1 resolution for 2015??  Forbes.com tells us that only 8% of people achieve their new years goals!  EIGHT PERCENT!!  That's it!  Sound kind of depressing??  Well...that's about to change!!

First...instead of having a NEW YEAR RESOLUTION...
Let's just get rid of that stress and focus on making it a DAILY RESOLUTION!!

I used to ask for a gym membership every year for Christmas.  Some times I would get it (ya know, the one from Costco that's a year membership) and sometimes I wouldn't.  But I too was always one setting these goals at the beginning of the year.  I'd go to the gym religiously for the first couple weeks... then, I would start to slow and then be sporadic...and then just kind of give up all together.  Have you ever been there before??  Do you know what was missing from those situations??  ACCOUNTABILITY!!!  I had no one holding me accountable to going to the gym and sticking to my goals.  So, I fell off the bandwagon, just like everyone else did too!

Well...this year it's going to be different for YOU!!  I want to be YOUR accountability partner.  To help YOU stay accountable to your goals of greater health and losing weight this year!  I will be YOUR cheerleader and not let you fail!  I want YOU to succeed this year!  THIS IS YOUR YEAR!!!

So What is Going on January 5th?
Starting on January 5, 2015, I will be hosing a New Year, New You Health and Fitness Challenge.  This will be a 30 day group (with option to continue after the 30 days).  

You will be placed into a private Facebook group, so only members of the group can see what is being posted!  I will post your daily mind set tip or motivation.  We'll go through how to create a customized meal plan that will help you reach your health and fitness goals.  I'll give you recipes, snack ideas, tips, motivation and keep you accountable. I will not not let you fail!  If you show up each and every day and commit to your results, you will succeed!!

What is Required to be a Part of the Group?
In order for you to be a part of this New Year, New You Health and Fitness Challenge, you will:

1)  Need to make me your Coach.  

2)  Fill out the Challenge Group Application (or below) to be accepted into the Challenge!

3)  After you fill out the application, I will get back in touch with you within 24 hours...I will then, based on your goals and fitness level, help you choose the best Beachbody Fitness Program that will best help you reach your goals!

BONUS-- Go to my Facebook Page and "LIKE" for extra daily motivation!!

REQUIREMENTS: You must be doing a Beachbody Fitness Program AND 
drinking Shakeology for the length of the Challenge.  

**You will replace 1 meal a day with Shakeology for the next 30-60 days to give your body 1 meal that is supercharged with ingredients that will give you natural energy, cravings will be curbed and you will stay full for at least 3 hours... its equivalent to 6 salads in one meal.**

Coming Soon...Insanity MAX 30 Test Group!

I'm super excited for the launch of the newest Beachbody fitness program.  I love Shaun T and T25...I've thought about doing Insanity a few times but honestly, I don't like the fact that it's more than a 30 minute workout!  Seriously, don't like that part.  Sooo...When I found out about the new Insanity Max 30 that's coming out on December 2nd I was absolutely stoked about it!


Can it get much better than this??  I have been wanting to bump up my intensity a bit with my workouts and I went back to T25 for a little bit...but, that's just to get me through until this one comes out in a couple weeks!

Insanity Max 30 Details

Insanity MAX:30 Text Group, Be the first to get your copy of Shaun T's newest fitness program, Julie Little, www.HealthyFitFocused.com Now, Insanity MAX:30 going to be HOT!! Insanity has been wildly successful over the last 5 years and this is going to be even hotter! What's the hype all about?? For starters, it's only 30 minutes each workout!! It’s more intense than Focus T25 and the workouts are a different format as compared to Insanity.

Here's how it works... there is a timer at the bottom of the screen that shows the clock of your workout. YOUR GOAL is to go as long as you can in the workout with great form. You want to reach your MAX (hence MAX:30). You may only make it 1 minute or 3 minutes or 5 the first time. Then, you will make a note of that time on your paper as you take a breather. Your goal is to keep pushing to your max every workout so that you can make it farther and farther each time.

Insanity Max 30 Review: Workout Format

The first workout you’ll do is Cardio Challenge. That is the fit test so you can see how far you can go and how long. Here’s the format for that workout:
  • Warm-up
  • Quick Break
  • 3 Exercises at 30 Seconds Each (3 Rounds of each for 4.5 Minutes)
  • 30 Second Break
  • Repeat for 5 Rounds Total
The workout Sweat Intervals is a Tabata Style Workout where you’ll do 20 seconds on and then 10 seconds off so you are getting a bit of a recovery.

And the last workout I have information on is Friday Fight. This is 30 Minutes of PURE CARDIO!

The workouts require no equipment. You’ll just be using your own body weight.

Insanity Max 30 Review: More Details

These workouts are really designed to take you to your MAX and to push you to the point you can’t go any longer. Over time, your goal is to increase your Max for each workout so that by the end of the 60 days, you get INSANE results!  (More details to follow...get on the email list for more info.)
