I will be hosting an Event where you can find out all the details about becoming a Beachbody Coach!  

This is a 2 hour event to understand what a Beachbody Coach does, how to earn money, how to find people to help & what is the time investment involved plus time to ask any and all questions you have about coaching.
The first hour will be hosted on a Closed Facebook page and I will be sharing information with you about every 5-10 minutes in our group!  Then from there we will move into a short webinar about what coaching is, you can get all your questions answered by the end of the night and will even have a Q & A time at the end!!

This is a NO STRINGS ATTACHED group!  You simply come and learn about what coaching is an see if this is a good fit for you!  Could this be something that could literally change your life?  You never know until you check it out!  I invite you to do just that!

21 Day Fix Vanilla Cake with Chocolate Frosting

I made this for a special treat for Valentine's Day for our family!  I didn't know what to expect, but I had heard it was really good!  I started making it and wondered if it was going to turn out ok.  My hubby even turned his nose up to this as I was making it and thought he'd have to go out and get a different dessert for the kids! did NOT disappoint once we dug into it!!

I will warn you, this is not your typical cake batter that you would expect.  I did have concerns that it would cook up properly as I was going through, so just know there is going to be some separation when you're mixing the honey, butter and eggs...this was normal (at least in my preparation)...however it did turn out just fine!!

I did have to add a considerable amount of time for cooking.  It called for 25-30 minutes and I probably cooked it for closer to 40-45 minutes.  It was still very moist and absolutely delicious!

21 Day Fix Vanilla Cake with Chocolate Frosting,, Julie Little

Vanilla Cake with Chocolate Frosting (Taken from the Fixate Cookbook)
Serves: 12 (one slice each) Prep Time: 20 min.  Cooking Time: 30 Min

  • 1 cup       almond flour
  • 1/2 cup   coconut flour
  • 2 tsp       baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp    sea salt
  • 3/4 cup   unsalted organic grass-fed butter (divided use)
  • 1 cup      raw honey (or maple syrup) divided use
  • 4             large eggs
  • 1/4 cup + 3 tbsp.  unsweetened almond milk, divided use
  • 1 tsp       pure vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup   organic unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Coat a 9 inch round baking pan with spray.  Set aside.
  3. Combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl; mix well.  Set aside.
  4. Cream together 1/2 cup butter and 3/4 cup honey in a medium mixing bowl; beat on medium speed for 1 minute.
  5. Add eggs one at a time; beat until blended.
  6. Add 1/4 cup almond milk and extract; beat until blended.
  7. Add almond flour mixture to butter mixture; beat until creamy.  
  8. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  9. Bake 25 to 30 minutes (mine took closer to 40-45 minutes)
  10. Whip remaining 1/4 cup butter in a medium bowl; beat on medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes, or until creamy.
  11. Add remaining 3 tbsp almond milk to butter; beat until well blended.
  12. Add cocoa powder; beat until well blended, scraping bowl occasionally.
  13. Slowly add remaining 1/4 cup honey while beating on medium speed.  Set aside.
  14. Once cake is cool, evenly spread frosting; cut into 12 slices.

2 yellow
1 blue
1 tsp

Love Yourself - Take Care of Your Health- 30 Day Support and Accountability Group

In February, we tend to focus on "LOVE" as a theme throughout the month!  And...that's what we're going to do here too!  It's the perfect time to remind ourselves that loving yourself means taking care of your HEALTH.

As women and moms, we often tend to "put ourselves last".  We think that everyone else is more important than our own needs.  And while that is sometimes just the way we are made, it doesn't make it right!  



Did you hear me?  Yes...I'm talking to YOU my friend!  Here's the truth.  If YOU neglect your health, then guess what?  You're not going to be able to care for anyone else!  So, now is the time...

White Chicken Chili

Soups and chili are some of my favorite meals, fortunately, my family loves them too!

My mom used to make White Chicken Chili all the time growing up but I forgot about I dug out the recipe and decided to spice it up a bit!

I had a whole chicken that I needed to use, and I love the homemade broth that it makes.  So today, I boiled my whole chicken to make the broth to use for my chili (broth and chicken)...Deboned the chicken and strained the broth!! don't have to use the chicken like this!

White Chicken Chili, 21 Day Fix Approved Recipe,, Julie Little Fitness
4 chicken breast (or whole chicken can always add more if desire!)
4-6 cups chicken broth
1 onion chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans Northern white beans
1-2 cans diced green chiles (with juice)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp dired oregano
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
juice of 1/2 lime
chopped fresh cilantro (either for garnish or an needed in chili...optional)

  1. Cook chicken fully.  I like to sauté onions and garlic before adding to chili.  
  2. Add all ingredients together, let simmer for at least 20 min or until hot.  This is also a great crockpot recipe.  Cook this up and let it cook on low for the day!  
  3. Top with fresh cilantro, cheese and avocado!

21 Day Fix Containers: (roughly)
  • 1 red
  • 1/2 - 1 yellow (depending on amount of beans you eat)
  • 1 blue (if you add cheese and avocado)
