3 Day Refresh Woman's Transformation and Results

I just finished the 3 Day Refresh and it really was more than just 3 days of a "mini cleanse".  For me it was the start of something much greater than that.  (You can find my entire story here). It was a chance for me to start the month of April with a clean slate.  A fresh and renewed mindset.  One that got rid of negativity and the "I can't" talk.  It allowed me to really recharge and refocus my mind on my goals, for my body and my everyday life!

Now, I'll probably never be one of those 6-Pack Ab coaches (although I would love to be)...but, my goal in completing this is that it has reshaped my mind into a fresh start of remembering I am worth it and that my goals I set for myself CAN be reached...I want to lean out more and allow my muscles to come through more...and guess what...that's possible!

But my nutrition was something keeping me from reaching that goal of truly leaning out the way I want!  Now, I'm focused more than ever.  It's down to the last few months before summer and I know I'll be out at the beach and pool a LOT!

My Results with the 3-Day Refresh:   

  • I lost 3 pounds and 4 inches
  • I decreased my cravings
  • I lost my bloated feeling
  • I feel renewed and able to start fresh
  • I gained new focus to continue to reach my goals!
  • It reminded me that I can be laser focused and stick to my meal plan!
  • Mentally, it got me back into a positive thinking place, where I'm not destroying myself with negativity!

Now, I'm ready to move forward into following the 21 Day Fix Extreme meal plan combined with the 21 DFE Countdown to Competition meal plan!!  Here's my menu that I'll be keeping for the rest of the week and probably flow into next week too!
