The 21 Day Fix and the 21 Day Fix Extreme have the best meal plans and I really love them and believe that they work!!! Sometimes it is hard to come up with snacks though and half the battle is just deciding what to eat!!!
So, here are some of my favorite snacks for the 21 Day Fix (and Extreme). I like to pair my fruit or veggies with a protein or fat, so you'll see that I usually never have anything by itself! With the exception of Shakeology because it is a complete meal (or snack) with balanced protein and carb ratio!
1 green apple - 1 purple
1 tsp almond butter - 1 teaspoon
2 clementines - 1 purple
1 TBSP walnuts - 1 orange
Blueberries (or any berries) - 1 purple
Plain non-fat greek yogurt - 1 red
Shakeology (any flavor) - 1 red
made with water and blended with ice
Carrots or red bell peppers - 1 green
Hummus - 1 bule
2 hard boiled eggs - 1 red
Sliced red peppers - 1 green
Strawberries - 1 purple
8 walnut halves - 1 bule or 1 orange
These are just a few, be creative and happy snacking!!
