There is not much better than reaching a goal with friends or family, right?  I love getting the support from my friends and family when I am reaching a goal.  Do you have a health or fitness goal you are trying to reach?  Well...gather your friends and family together and let's reach your health and fitness goals with the people who are closest to you!

My challenge groups offer daily motivation, support and accountability that you and your friends and family need to help reach your goals.  You'll get daily support and motivation from me and together with your friends, we will reach the goals you want!

Family and Friends Challenge Group

What you'll need:

The requirements are that I am YOUR coach!  This will be an exclusive 21 Day Group using the 21 Day Fix plus you will be required replace ONE meal a day with Shakeology for the duration of the challenge.   Then I will add you to the accountability group where we will set goals, track our progress and make your meal plan, teach you how to prepare healthy snacks, I will give you recipes…and MORE!  (More info on the 21 Day Fix click HERE)!
