Homemade Almond Butter
- 1 lb. raw or dry roasted almonds
- Cinnamon to taste (optional)
- Sea salt to taste
- Pour Ingredients into the food processor and blend for 5 minutes or so.
- Wait until the mixture gets oily and starts to "ball up" and then let if blend for 1 more minute.
- Add more salt and spices if needed.
