30 Day Squat Challenge

I've been doing a 30 day squat challenge on my Facebook page and it's been really fun have a lot of people doing it with me…SOO I wanted to put it here to get even MORE people involved.  It only takes a starting somewhere to get going!!  So, let's start here!!  Here's the schedule below, you will start at 50 squats and work your way up to 250 squats by the end of the month!
