Hammer and Chisel Review - Week 3

I'm officially finished with week 3 today.  So...I actually started the program over on January 4th.  I had been sick some over Christmas and also we were out of town for a week skiing and so I missed my workouts then!!  So it was time for a RESET!!

But...that's ok!  Sometimes that's what we have to do!

Bottom line...I am LOVING this program!  It seriously is my soulmate workout...for sure!!  I've really developed a love for lifting weights and H&C gives a really great balance of moves during the workout so you don't feel like you're just sitting there pumping iron!

Now, if you're one that is counting all your steps on your Fitbit and want those extra steps for your cardio workout, they won't add up with this workout on a regular basis, but that's ok, you're building muscle and MUSCLE BURNS FAT!!!

I'm constantly sore, which, I actually love that feeling of being sore when I know it's because I'm getting stronger!  I know my body takes a while to "react" to my workouts.  I'm not one of those who starts a program and BOOM, I've got ripped abs and biceps the next day!  (I don't think anyone is like that)...but, I know I'm getting stronger and some of the really hard moves that I modified in week 1 are getting easier!

Hammer and Chisel Review, Game On, Julie Little Fitness, OK...CONFESSION TIME!!  Nutrition!  Let's get real with nutrition.  Sometimes this part of the program just sucks!  Let's be honest!  I really do eat healthy on a regular basis.  However, I have not been following the meal plan on point!  I always have it in the back of my head of how many containers I need, etc. but I haven't followed it like I should!!  EEEKKKK!

That is changing in week 4!  (Seriously, it's taken me 3 weeks of not doing it 100% to have a wake up call!).  I'm HUMAN too!'s GAME ON and I mean, game face and everything! need to sweat if you haven't been 100% either, just get yourself up and put on your big girl panties and make it right from here on out!  Sound good?  GREAT!!

Here's my plan!  I'm making is super simple for me!

I'm prepping today and simply going to rotate some meals throughout the week!  When I am getting back on track, I have to get some FAST WINS by making it simple!!!
