Week 4 Piyo Update

Well, week 4 came and went.  I'll be honest, it was completely crazy around my house because we moved last week.  So much of my week was spent packing, moving and unpacking.  I was able to get my workouts in for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.  To say that last week was crazy would be an understatement... Moving, Cleaning, Packing, Birthday, VBS, Swim Team Championship, Swim Team Banquet...It was nuts!  But, it only lasted for a bit...Wednesday was spent literally all day deep cleaning my house and Thursday thru Sunday all the last bit of moving and the joys that brings! LOL

So my first 3 days of the week went great!  My favorite was Tuesday with the Buns workout...I love that workout.  Needless to say, last week was a bit of a wash, for workout and nutrition.  Due to not having a fridge or any food at the house, we had to eat out a lot.  I made healthy choices, but it sure was wonderful to get back to healthy cooking!!

Because of the crazy week 4 I had, I've decided to repeat week 4 of Piyo and do it right!  So I started on Monday morning and am getting back into that and eating properly!!

There will always be times in our lives when life throws things at us and we have to be flexible to change our normal routine up a little bit.  That's just LIFE, and that's ok...it's what we do after that that makes the biggest difference.  Do you continue to let the curve ball that life threw at you get you off track or do you put your big girl panties on and move on back into your routine that makes you successful?  It's your choice!
