…Well, I'm glad you asked. I am SOOOO excited to be sharing this with you!! About 4 years ago, I tried my hand at P90X. Now, I have to be honest with you…I didn't finish it, I only made it through about 45 days of it. This was before I knew anything about Beachbody, Challenge Groups, or even doing a program properly. I was a good example of "what not to do" when doing a fitness program (meaning I took no before or after pictures, no measurements, did not follow the meal plan…nothing!). However, even in the 45 days I did the program, I got stronger throughout and definitely had better fitting clothes. But what made me stop, was the TIME! I didn't have 60-90 minutes each day before my kids woke up and the day began. It just wasn't possible for me. So, as much as I hate to say this, I quit the program.
