Be a Successful Work at Home Mom! WHY NOT YOU?

I just returned from Nashville where I was able to join with my Beachbody family for 3 fun packed days of learning, celebrating and a time to dream bigger to create the future we desire at Beachbody Summit!  I started this journey as a Beachbody coach almost 2 years ago.  I was searching for a workout I could do from home and came across T25 so decided to dig deeper into researching it.  I ran across my coach and decided to contact her!  I immediately learned about the business side of things, and being that I'm a Mompreneur by nature, I quickly learned that this was a really awesome business model!

So, what did I do??  What ANY determined woman would do...I crafted a plan to talk to my husband about the business opportunity and WHY this was such a brilliant idea!  I have had my fair share of "at home businesses" in the past, some successful, some not!  None the less, I crafted a very persuasive case about why this one was going to really be the one that fueled my passion!  

I took my hubby out for a picnic date at the beach and told him I wanted to do this T25 fitness program, start drinking Shakeology, be in an online support/accountability group...AND, I was going to do this as a business too!  As we talked about it, he had questions...and I had answers, and it really seemed to all fall into place and he said "go for it"!

So...2 years ago, I jumped into my first challenge group while, at the same time, became a coach too and even though he was a little skeptical at first, he is SO thankful I decided to jump in and start coaching!  It has blessed our family in ways we couldn't have imagined!

Well, this year was my first experience attending Summit and I'm so glad I made the commitment to be a part of this experience.  Yes, we had workouts with celebrity trainers, training seminars, general sessions, amazing opportunities to network with other like-minded men and women and learn from not only the speakers, but the other coaches too!

This solidified my love and admiration I have for this company!  The theme of the year is Every ONE Matters!  Every single ONE person matters and deserves to have an opportunity to change their life.  Whether that is through a challenge group and losing weight and getting healthy, or if that is by joining in with the business and creating the possibility to become financially secure (whatever that means and looks like to YOU).

So, what does that mean to YOU?  Every ONE Matters!!  Well, I've been a stay at home mom for many years, with odd jobs in and out of the house.  My passion is my family, yet I have always had a desire to be something MORE than just a mom.  I know I'm created for greatness and I was dying inside to find my purpose outside of being a mom!  Have you ever felt that way??

I got a glimpse of my goals for this business as I was sitting in the audience watching the various coaches be recognized for certain accomplishments.  I sat there bound and determined to make my dreams become a reality by next year's Summit!  I have a dream and a deadline and I'm ready to make my dreams happen.  I want to help YOU make your dreams happen.

Super Saturday Pittsburgh...more than your typical Saturday!

While my team is all over the country the majority of the top leaders of the larger team I'm a part of, The Dream Team, is based in and around the Pittsburgh area. I've had the privilege of making it to a couple events that have been hosted in Pittsburgh. One was a retreat in 2013, just after I became a coach. And then of course, last weekend...Super Saturday.

Super Saturday is an event through Beachbody and hosted quarterly all over the country at hundreds of locations. But this one was very special for a few reasons... 1st my coach, my friend, my mentor was being awarded as top coach in all of Beachbody!!  2nd, the CEO of Beachbody, Carl Daikeler plus Autumn Calabrese (creator of the 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme, new program being released February 2nd) were going to be present...and...I was invited to a very special dinner hosted by Melanie, my coach to celebrate all her Diamonds!!!  So, I invested into coming out East, meeting my Beachbody family and celebrating with so many others I've developed relationships with. Not to mention amazing training from top coaches in the company!!!

On Friday evening we had a huge celebration honoring Melanie, learning about some amazing new products that will be released through Beachbody.  We found out about Beachbody On Demand!!  A way that Beachbody will be streaming some of their amazing fitness programs so that you can have the workouts on any of your mobile devices and take your fitness ANYWHERE!!  We did a live workout with Autumn Calabrese and her new 21 Day Fix Extreme!!

Saturday, we gathered together and had a 3 hour training with some of the TOP coaches in all of Beachbody!  This training is something that is normal for our team.  We are constantly getting fed from our top coaches.  This is not a business you have to figure out how to do by yourself.  If you decide that you want to be a part of my team, rest assured that you will get training, support and all the tips and tricks to making your business successful!!

Saturday night...it was just time to party!  I had been invited to a Diamond Dinner Celebration and then we moved over to a Champagne Bar where we met the rest of the team and just had a great time of getting to know each other better and have a great time!  So...it's not all business...there was definitely fun involved on this trip too!

So...what have I gained from all this?  I have gained a deeper desire, passion, drive and belief in this company, in the products, in the other amazing coaches I have met, but more importantly a deeper passion and belief in myself!  A belief that I can make a difference. That I can be successful and have the FREEDOM from debt, time my kids, my husband, freedom to travel like we want...and more!  That's why I do what I do!!  THEN, not only is that dream for myself, but I have a dream for MY coaches or challengers who step up and say "I want to change my life or just 1 persons life". Then they decide to pay it forward and take a leap of faith to become a coach. We are changing lives and making a difference!!

I am so excited about the future of this company, of my life and my family's lives, AND of my coach's futures. 2015 is our year to make a difference!!!
