My Ultimate Reset Journey!

Ultimate Reset, Julie's Journey through the Ultimate Reset


On May 14th, 2014, I decided to take a 21 Day Journey through the Ultimate Reset.  I was feeling like my body needed a good "reset".  I've been working out a lot for the last 8 months and I just was feeling like I needed a boost, to get my metabolism working to it's best potential, to give my body a rest and to just "restart" my body and make sure it was functioning in the most efficient way possible.
