Deciding to become a coach was a very easy decision for me.  I've been consistently working out for about 3 years before I signed up as a coach.  However, I did struggle with staying motivated on my own.  I feel like I really went in "phases" of working out.  I'd work out hard, lose those "last 5 pounds" feel good again and get a little lazy in working out…and the yo-yo continued.  I had always been a fairly healthy eater as well, but portion sizes were my worst enemy and that laziness again set in at times, creating the yo-yo cycle again.

In August of 2013, I had once again been on the up side of the yo-yo and was just done with that!  I was in search of something that would really get me motivated and help me along.  I was introduced to Focus T25 and fell in love with the idea of a good hard workout for only 25 minutes each day.  In addition to that, I had been researching clean eating and wanted to start eating that way.  Well, in perfect timing, the 2 of those (T25 and Clean Eating) came together when I discovered a Beachbody Challenge Group!  I joined the group and in a very short time, knew that this was what I wanted to do.  The motivation and support in the challenge group that I received and was able to pay forward was exactly what I needed to get me going and stay committed to my health and fitness goals.

Coaching, for me, was just a perfect fit.  I love being able to encourage, motivate, support and help others SUCCEED in their own health and fitness goals.  Not to mention my CHALLENGERS motivate ME!!  It is SO exciting to see others succeed in their weight loss goals and gain confidence in themselves that they have never had!  I love it!

While I am still in my journey of health and fitness and getting in the shape that I've always dreamed about, I am able to get there knowing that I am changing lives along the way and that I'm able to pay it forward to others!

Not only have I fallen in love with being able to help end the trend of obesity, but the Beachbody products I am so impressed with.  I drink Shakeology every day and notice such a difference in how I feel and how my cravings are controlled more now.  I've completed T25,  I'm half way through P90X3, and I've finished one round of the 21 Day Fix!

What Beachbody Coaching Isn't! - Being a Beachbody Coach is NOT a get rich quick scheme!  It is hard work, you get out what you put in!  You will need to put in the time and effort and consistency in order to succeed.  

Independent Beachbody Coach Information and Cost

• A one-time fee of $40 to become a Beachbody Coach.  This is not a yearly or recurring fee.  You could also have the $40 fee waived if you purchase a Challenge Pack or if you or your spouse is active in the military! (I can explain those options more in depth as well).
• A monthly website fee of $15.95.  Beachbody gives you three canned websites where you can do some minor personalization.  The first website is a Beachbody coach site, next is a Shakeology site (only available through the Team Beachbody Coach network) and the last is your Ultimate Reset site.  I have decided to create my own website and blog to share personal experiences and recipes but it is not required.  

To remain an active coach you need to have a Personal Volume (PV) of 50 points per month.  Purchasing a month's supply of Shakeology (at a 25% discount) is 90PV for example and you're done.  I believe in the methodology of Team Beachbody that you need to use their product in order to be able to explain the benefits of the research they've done.  Plus, their supplements are amazing and taste delicious!

You succeed at being a Beachbody Coach by putting other people's needs first.  By offering support and guidance and reaching out to people.  I enroll my customers into my challenge groups, here they will get the daily support, motivation and encouragement to get them started AND more importantly stick by them to finish the fitness program they have chosen.  I provide them with tips and recipes and various strategies to get in shape or how to eat clean while living a busy lifestyle.  To succeed you follow the structure of inviting people to a challenge group, enrolling them into the group, helping them succeed and then eventually people become coaches as well.  You succeed by leading by example, inspiring others to get in shape and become healthy and by being motivated, driven and passionate about what you do!  Of course you don't have to know all the answers first, you don't have to be at your goal weight, you just have to be motivated to get started and a desire to help others!

I am here as your coach to support you in any way that I can in reaching the goals that you have both in your healthy and fitness as well as a new Beachbody Coach!  You are not left to figure it out on your own.  There is a whole team of coaches eager to offer tips and ideas to support everyone in their own business!

DO I NEED TO BE A FITNESS EXPERT?

No, you don’t need to be a fitness or weight-loss expert to become a Beachbody Coach. You just need to be ready to commit to changing your life and inspiring others to do the same.  It is important to be a product of the product!

WHAT KINDS OF HELP AND SUPPORT WILL I RECEIVE?

Once you become a coach on Team Fearless Change you will be added to our closed Facebook team page.  There you will receive updates, information, tips and tools to help you grow your business.  This is your place to check in each day and get answers to your questions.
You also will be given the option to be a part of my New Coach Training Academy.  This is a 30 day group that teaches you everything you need to know about running a challenge group, how to find people to invite, how to get them started, what program to choose for them, and how to run a successful challenge group.  You will be given all the tools that helped me to be successful so that you do not have to re-invent the wheel.  You will be given my 30 day challenge group structure, 30 day Shakeology and Clean Eating Group information, along with other valuable business building tools.  You will not have to figure it out on your own.  You do not run your first challenge group by yourself.  Instead you are an apprentice coach in your first group.  I run the challenge but you get to invite 3-5 customers into the group! 

WILL I HAVE TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS FOR RESALE?

Unlike marketing programs that require you to buy a lot of products in order to participate, the Coach Opportunity has no inventory requirements. If you do want to purchase products for your own use or resale, you’ll get them at a significant discount.

I encourage everyone to be a product of the product.  I truly believe that the best coaches are the one's that are actively working out and are drinking Shakeology.  It's very hard to speak from experience and guide other people if you yourself have never tried it.

HOW DOES BEACHBODY PROMOTE ITS PRODUCTS?
