When I'm following a plan super strictly, I stay as SIMPLE as possible! To me...this recipe, while clean and healthy, does have some things in it that I would not have on a regular basis while being strict.

Here's another oatmeal option for you that is more simple to split up... http://www.healthyfitfocused.com/2015/02/pb-strawberry-oatmeal-21-day-fix.html

But...probably what I would do on this one is count it as 1-2 yellows, a purple and a blue. That would probably be how I split it up...but again, I'd stick to something more simple if following it exactly!! I think I would probably do about 1/2 -3/4 cup for a serving.
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15521038789787507134noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4867961321038464561.post-67707050926298103652015-02-11T21:59:44.822-08:002015-02-11T21:59:44.822-08:00In terms of the colors for the Insanty Max, how wo...In terms of the colors for the Insanty Max, how would this work?Jessiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16697694412375352513noreply@blogger.com
